As VP of Client Services, I'm responsible for leading the team in brand strategy development, fostering and growing client relationships and working with agency leadership to grow the firm.Highlight Reel:Boardroom Styling Lounge: Lead the brand positioning, re-brand, campaign development and took part in the development of the companies culture.Build-a-Bear Workshop: Lead the positioning and branding of Build-a-Bear's loyalty program to "Inside Stuff". Additionally, lead the branding of Build-a-Bear's sub-brand "Bear Cave".OrangeTheory Fitness: Lead a storytelling campaign for Austin Fitness Group, the largest franchisee of OTF. Included the planning and execution of a multi-day video shoot.Quickbooks Training: Being the only endorsed training partner for Intuit QuickBooks, means a lot of website traffic. I lead our team in analyzing all of the content and offerings and then created a website strategy that lead to a better customer experience, stronger brand story and ultimately increased sales.

As Client Services Director of GoDo Discovery Co., I lead the account services department and ensured client success and growth. I also worked closely with the COO to grow our strategic and consultative services as well as improving the agency’s processes for increased efficiencies. During my tenure, new models for systematizing employee and client on-boarding grew the agency’s culture as well as increased client/agency scope.

As an Account Executive at greenlight, I was responsible for leading and managing five client relationships to ensure all project needs are met. Through strategic planning and continuous communication, scheduled final asset delivery, followed by in-depth analyses.

As an Account Coordinator at greenlight, it was my responsibility to work daily with account executives to coordinate projects from start to finish with the art department. I also developed relationships with clients to ensure each assignment was exactly what they wanted.
