Possessing a Bachelor Of Business & Cert IV in Government Investigations, I consider myself an organised, diligent worker who enjoys a challenge. Supporting teams to be their very best and creating a safe and supportive workplace environment are a few of my passions alongside making a difference in the lives of my clients in all industries I have worked within.Over 15 years of customer service and management has provided me with skills and knowledge in communicating with a variety of stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds and ages. The ability to work autonomously or within a team has been further explored and strengthened whilst studying both a degree and post graduate courses via distance.Networking and creating strong bonds within stakeholder groups is something I pride myself in. Continuing to maintain these bonds over time and ensuring communication remains open is something I thoroughly enjoy. Over the past 14 years, I have gained experience in fundraising, grant applications, networking, people management, donations management and further experience in providing world class customer service. Within all roles I maintain high expectations of my quality of work and consider myself a lifelong learner - always pushing to learn something new to further enhance client and stakeholder services.
