The Vice President of Development, Marketing and Engagement provides strategic leadership, oversight and execution of revenue growth, issue awareness and community engagement. A member of the YWCA leadership team, the Vice President is an integral partner in strategic planning, oversight of the Development Committee and partner with the CEO in leading the organization. A seasoned engagement professional with proven results in holistic and integrative donor engagement, corporate relations and community development to achieve or exceed organizational goals. Provides leadership and direction to leverage the powerful brand of the YWCA. Directs the budget and resources to execute the outcomes for the organization, including overseeing staff, monetary resources and a portfolio of donors and community influencers.

The Deputy Director is a member of the Senior Management Team along with the Executive Director. She develops strategic and operational fundraising plans and implements them working with a team of three staff. Responsibilities include generating funds necessary for the organization’s operating expenses and programs; managing fundraising and development activities and related initiatives and representing the organization in various capacities including those that actively build enduring relationships with each important segment of the Boulder community. The Deputy Director assists the ED in the development, implementation and evaluation of short-term and long-range program-related goals, objectives and strategies. Along with the Executive Director and the President of the Board, she is a spokesperson for the organization and issues facing at-risk and homeless youth. This position acts in the capacity of Executive Director during his absence and takes full responsibility for the scope and responsibilities of that position.
