Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring & modification, parent training as well as coordination with other providers. Ensures all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.

Provided collaborative consultation and intervention regarding behavior management, effective teaching of skills, and assessments of behavioral need in homes & schools. Conducted in school functional behavior assessment and ensured effective training of behavior intervention plans to teachers, paraprofessionals and other key school staff.

Utilized various methodologies in home sessions with children with ASD including Discrete Trial Instruction, Naturalistic Environment Training and various communication systems (i.e. PECS, ASL, etc.). Gathered and reviewed data to support the least intrusive intervention under supervising BCBA while achieving BACB fieldwork hours. Worked with academic teams to brainstorm manageable and applicable strategies that could be implemented quickly with low response effort to promote more immediate results.

Carried out appropriate assessments for various learning problems related to maladaptive behaviors.
