Authored article “An Automated Piping Progressing and Payment System” in Nov 1998 AACEI Cost Engineering magazine.Provided contractor preplanning and shutdown construction CPM scheduling on a fast-track mill modernization project for Bethlehem Steel Corporation. This 1000 craftsman around-the-clock turnaround resulted in a mill modernization in 21 days.
