Authored article “Ultra Fast Track Project Execution on an International Biopharmaceutical Production Facility” in July 2010 AACEI Cost Engineering magazine. Received a CEO award for efforts.• Developed and implemented a comprehensive project risk management process, which included hosting workshops, questionnaires, standardized log, scoring and templates that uploaded directly into a Monte Carlo simulation. Process drove organizational change that resulted in all large projects going from below average to superior scores on risk audits. Authored article “Project Execution Risk Management in the Biopharmaceutical Industry – A Life Cycle Approach” – presentation and paper @ AACEI 2012 Annual Meeting.• Responsible for oversight of multiple Genentech project service teams. These teams provided a full suite of Project Services support and generated documented yearly savings while ensuring project compliance to goals and procedures.

This document was updated annually and acted as a guide for all in-house construction estimates for Bethlehem Steel Corporation. *Programmed and developed an innovative PDMS process piping model approach. Authored article “An Automated Piping Progressing and Payment System” in Nov 1998 AACEI Cost Engineering magazine.Provided contractor preplanning and shutdown construction CPM scheduling on a fast-track mill modernization project for Bethlehem Steel Corporation. This 1000 craftsman around-the-clock turnaround resulted in a mill modernization in 21 days.

Supervisor of mechanical department in maintenance operations. Responsible for planning, scheduling and line supervision for a large producer of polypropylene film. Responsible for annual department budgets and manpower forecasts. Championed progressive and innovative preventative maintenance methodology and manufacturing techniques. Engineered significant projects to control costs and improve equipment reliability and safety.• Directed development of a complete preventative maintenance program for a manufacturing facility.
