Manage and maintain Oil and Gas Leases, Land Sales Transactions and oil royalty payment reports. Create and sustain monthly and yearly payment schedule.• Create, oversea and maintain over 90 hunting leases. Create plats in ArcMap for hunting clubs, and work directly with Landman as well as hunters to ensure hunter safety and land boundaries are respected.• Proficient in ArcGIS, create plats, maintain land sales, purchases and exchanges within ArcMap.• Research property owned mineral rights and maintain status of all oil, gas and plant production occurring on companyproperty.• Plan annual company meeting for over 150 guests; including booking hotel rooms, flights, personal and group dinners as wellas any personal requests from company shareholders.• Work closely with two smaller branches of the company to ensure communication and efficiency between all threecompanies.• Daily administrative duties for entire office; maintaining and stocking all work stations to ensure productivity.• Personal Assistant to Owner/President of the company. Handle any personal requests with in the office as well any personalassistance outside of the office.
