Velograph was a full service web design and development studio that I owned and managed for 10+ years. Velograph primarily focused on developing e-commerce websites for small-medium sized businesses, enabling them to manage inventory, marketing, and sales. Throughout the run of this business I was responsible for the holistic management of design, development, and production for multiple longstanding clients.

My time at Uncorked was filled with numerous creative and challenging exploits. As the Senior Site Producer, my role was defined by developing client relationships and the migration of nationwide publications onto our proprietary publishing platform, Tempest. This role required an innate understanding of the technical limitations and possibilities of our system, the content and audiences of our publisher partners, and the ability to navigate and coordinate large budgets and timelines for critical releases.- Successfully led the production and migration of large-scale editorial magazines, along with numerous smaller brands.- Provided project oversight throughout development, launch, and maintenance, increasing client satisfaction and retention.- Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to define and improve product roadmap and productivity. - Executed initial client discovery and evaluation, product timelines and adoption schedules, and statements of work.- Improved production processes, cross-functional communication, and client adoption resulting in faster development time and faster migrations
