Born and raised overseas as a child of diplomatic parents and having travelled extensively throughout the world, my background is steeped in peacebuilding through multicultural initiatives to support local, regional, and global communities. Experienced mediator and facilitator of processes supporting multi-party collaboration through decision making processes to develop solutions to complex challenges. Often working across sectors and cultures to facilitate communication, I have experience designing consensus-building processes among diverse participants. I have lead workshops and training in mediation, collaborative communication, and large group facilitation, and have taught over 500 hours of graduate level courses in conflict theory, intercultural dispute resolution, mediation, and a specialty course in conflict and cooperation around water.
