Operating under my own business, I have developed, maintained and orchestrated one on one lessons, group training, clinics, and personal training while also helping athletes learn life skills and values along the way. I have worked for 15 years throughout Minnesota developing relationships with club and high school programs, individuals and their families and helping mold young girls into young women. My emphasis has included softball training on hitting, pitching, slapping, and fielding. In addition, I have helped to prepare young women for college in assisting in the process of finding the right fit for their next chapter. I am passionate about building strong leaders and providing skills and tools beyond the game to help women succeed in their next endeavors.

Britt was a head collegiate softball coach for four years. Putting on multiple hats, Britt helped athletes achieve success on the softball field, in the classroom and beyond. Her role helped to build successful college athletes into powerful women and leaders post education. She enjoyed crafting practice plans, working with athletes one on one and the transformations as women on the field and in life. Through a team atmosphere, Britt helped to empower women to set goals, work towards these and achieve results based on personal and team accomplishments. This role also consisted on recruiting student-athletes to attend the college. This skill helped to prepare her for future sale roles. In her time at Gustavus, Britt also taught three courses in the Health and Exercise Science department. She learned how to build programs, organize semester long workouts along with education on the importance of lifelong fitness. She was able to get to know a variety of students and learned the ability to make adaptations and workouts to fit the needs of all skill levels. In addition, Britt also saw the benefits of building routines and structured workouts in order to provide balance for students in an academic setting.
