Recovery of the project “construction of 300 MW CHP utilizing steelmaking off-gases”. CapEx of $300M.I carried out situation analysis, determined the construction path and shaped the critical path schedule, formed a new term-sheet with the general contractor, defined KPIs to track progress against the revised plan, practiced 4D planning; planned and controlled handover processes.

Headed implementation of greenfield capital project "Construction of electrical steel (CRGO) plant in India".Plant staff of 330 employees; site development area of 81 ths. sq.m (20 acres) with complex of 30+ infrastructure facilities; CapEx of $100M+I was accountable for the whole enterprise's establishment:- As a project leader, I oversaw the full construction cycle of a production site from scratch, incl. design, equipment procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and start-up.- And as a business leader, I ran the entity's operations till the project closure, supervised operational readiness, organizational design & set up corporate structure, staff hiring & training, supporting processes set-up, inventory planning, OpEx budgeting & cost optimization (performed solar power plant opportunity pre-feasibility study).Key achievement: 1.5 years from groundbreaking till production start – delivered on time and within budget!These are all despite COVID's toughest restrictions with banned oxygen industrial usage, logistics stuck up after the Suez blocking, complicacy of the local environment and labor market.My success factors – aligning all parties' interests, decision-making culture, and understanding of trade-offs.
