Global Category Management of the Trail Run, Hike and Climb footwear categories.-Global long-term franchise planning encompassing seasonal new/update style conception.-Responsible for North America Wholesale Merchandising, including seasonal USA channel assortments while meeting line efficiency KPI's. Working closely with our Specialty Sales teams. Conducting strategic product preline meetings with key Outdoor Specialty, Run Specialty and Sporting Goods retail partners throughout the USA.-Creation of product briefs and business plans to communicate and drive new business opportunities throughout the internal go-to-market process and with external key accounts.-Managing performance footwear style creation through a team-based structure with Design, Development, Merchandising, Operations, Sales and Marketing.-Partner with our DTC and international wholesale teams across all global regions and across categories to ensure regional product opportunities are met seasonally and throughout product lifecycles.-Analyze financial results (forecasting, sell-in, sell-through) with all regions and across distribution channels, key accounts, and DTC.

Brand consulting focused on the development of strategic go-to-market plans in the Run and Outdoor industries. Was engaged in a full-time project with The North Face from late 2019 through early 2021.

- Founded SFRC as the cultural home of the SF Bay Area running community.- Helped to redefine the culture of running retail by borrowing best practices from the surf and skate communities and applied them to the run category. Emphasized brand building, experiential retail, community events, and expert customer service.- I wrote the SFRC business plan in 2012 and launched the first shop in Mill Valley in January 2013. My team and I quickly and successfully grew the first shop and opened a second location in San Anselmo in October 2016. The business achieved annual YOY growth.- Built and launched a boutique web shop in 2014 to fulfill domestic and international orders of SFRC-branded items, our best-selling apparel/accessories line. This category achieved YOY growth every year since launch.- Lead concept creative for SFRC logos and worked closely with graphic designers to bring brand collateral to market.- Organized experiential activations and community-focused events on a weekly basis for the shops.- Cultivated a team and family of employees that took pride in building a brand that fostered the community and culture of running.- Organically built some of the largest social media followings of any physical running retail store globally (Instagram 12K+, Strava 6,500+ runners).

Worked in a variety of roles, especially early on when the company was a small, fast-growing startup. As the business matured I settled into a product management role within the Revenue and Payments business team managing revenue partnerships and payment integrations.
