A strong and relevant educational background with a master’s degree and bachelor’s in “Administration of Social Policies” and “Communication". My work experience at UNDP - IDM as research assistant, data collector and at Impact Centre, initially as an intern and then as a full time-employee, have given me a sound and professional understanding of project work, coordination, implementation, reporting and continuous processing of administrative, financial, and strategic moves within given projects. My curiosity and commitment to work out of hours, together with my continuous participation in joint events with other projects, like the ones that I have coordinated, have helped me to grasp a detailed picture of the projects, donor’s support and organisations ’presence and initiatives in Albania, as well as in the Western Balkans Region. All these bring an advantage for my future work in different expertises and development projects.
