In February 2022, I was chosen as employee of the year at Stanley Steemer.My Role:- Oversees all aspects of in-house video and photo production for cross department needs (Marketing, Training, HR Recruitment, etc.)- Shapes visual content strategy, brainstorming and choosing campaign ideas with creative team- Created and leads team of in-house video and photo creators- Works within timelines and budget restrictions while connecting with the intended audience- Oversees scripting/development of all in-house video content- Oversees hiring crews, scouting locations, casting, production design, post-production, etc.- Maintains company video equipment, ensuring that everything is of professional quality and up to date- Provides creative leadership for visual content based on campaign strategy- Directs and produces multi-media content for multiple platforms (TV, Social Media, Website, Digital)- Creates and follows quality standards and processes for efficient creation of requested visual assets- Works with design team to sync look with other creative materials

I coordinate teams of musicians and help create video and media content to help the church meet its messaging goals. All content is set to tight weekly deadlines and communication is a key aspect to the success of my duties.

I conceptualize and assign video content to a team of videographers along with personally creating content for the magazine. These videos range from Behind the Scenes style videos for photo shoots to in-depth documentary videos of events and interesting happenings in the Athens community. Other responsibilities include managing the magazine's Vimeo page and uploading new content for display in new issues.

I worked as a cameraman, Technical Director, news editor, Floor Director, and created graphics for North Canton's local TV station, Channel 11. This included working in a professional broadcast studio, working the cameras and setting lights.
