OpenStack Cloud: Operating and maintaining the suite of core network cloud applications and services hosted on the Nokia Airframe Openstack platform across more than 30 "POP" & "NDC" Core Network sites deployed in data centers across the globe. This typically involves instantiating, scaling & configuring virtualised instances of Core Network & business-purpose cloud applications.3GPP Core Network Systems: As part of the team that is the technical authority on the core network domain, I am trusted to provide colleagues and business stakeholders with support related to core network systems. This often includes knowledge transfer, packet trace execution and analysis, subscriber profile provisioning, VPN/VLAN provisioning and providing input into network architecture design decisions. ServiceNow: Due to my prior experience as a test manager, I was selected to be the point of contact from my team for Change Requests & Configuration Management tasks related to the core network engineering domain, as well as the approver of core network changes proposed by the technical operations teams. This task involves moderating and creating change requests and following them through to approval on the 3-time weekly Change Approval Board meetings.
