I provided Application Support for Dalet Galaxy, a Media Asset Management and Newsroom and Studio automation system. This system was key to the day to day operation of the TV and Radio stations, and as such was extremely critical and required zero downtime. The system was responsible for news creation (wires, story creation rundown creation, etc.), newsroom automation, studio automation (prompter, graphics, rundown, etc), radio program creation, radio studio automation, advertisement automation.

In this role I assisted in the design and implementation of a Newsroom production system, called Dalet Galaxy. This project involved the replacement and consolidation of 5 different production systems, into one. Using my experience supporting Dalet Galaxy as MAM system, I assisted with design decisions throughout the initial design process and also with much of the configuration and implementation of the system itself.

In this role, I provided second and third technical support. Utilizing much of the same experience and expertise that was used in my previous first level role, but with the added responsibility of being an escalation point for first and second level issues as well as having responsibility for several service desk systems. In this role I provided first and second level technical support for 1500~ users in a 24/7 broadcast critical environment. My duties involved troubleshooting, resolving and documenting user help requests for broadcast equipment, computer hardware and software, Android and iOS, network and peripheral problems. Some expertise which was heavily used and expanded upon during my time in this role included; technical troubleshooting, technical and user documentation, system upgrades and optimization, end user training, time management and relationship management.

Responsible for submission of contract and financial information for Television Content into an IBMS system. Also responsible for analysing, correcting and updating any incorrect or missing information.

Employed for a specified period for the organisation and correction, of sensitive financial information. Also assisted with day-to-day office duties.
