My responsibilities encompass vendor management, complaints and incidents, insurance delivery and claims, resolving escalated queries from our administration and helpline partners, and driving continuous improvement in process and service delivery. By collaborating with key stakeholders, I ensure that service standards are consistently met, while strategically enhancing efficiency and delivering value across the fund. My team’s work is essential in supporting both internal and external partners to maintain service excellence.
