Working with colleagues across health and care to implement digital tools and services as we look to move towards a digital first model.

A varied and diverse role, my responsibilities include engagement with local people, community stakeholders and our GP membership. I play a key part in working to understand what is important to local people to inform how we transform our health and care system. This involves proactively involving a wide range of local people in a way that gathers insight to influence how we commission health and care.I am responsible for developing strong relationships with our GP membership, supporting locality engagement, organising key clinical and non-clinical stakeholder events, providing engagement advice and support to improvement projects within the ESBT programme and internal engagement with staff. My team also has responsibility for equality, diversity and inclusion.The role requires me to work in partnership with East Sussex County Council to help deliver an ambitious transformation programme, East Sussex Better Together; ensuring local people can enjoy proactive, joined up care that supports them to live as independently as possible and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Administrative role with the purpose of completing financial assessments and financial recording processes either by visit or office enquiry, I work with clients and other bodies to obtain the financial information required and complete an assessment. We also provide an advisory and guidance service in relation to the charges for care services and entitlement to benefits and support. Within this role, I have designed and developed a spreadsheet based assessment tool which has now been deployed to my colleagues.

Providing administrative support, liaising with various internal and external contacts, drafting press releases and managing her diary. Mix of face to face consultations, telephone discussions and both written and electronic communication. Requiring a positive and confident persona, I liaise with senior individuals and government bodies to resolve concerns and complaints.Within this role, I have co-ordinated, organised and ran events including a rail summit with senior executives and over 200 attendees and a careers fair involving some 20 businesses and a local academy. I have also worked on campaigns, literature, social media and a number of research projects.

Working within a small and dedicated team to rebrand and launch a central London gallery. My main responsibility involved producing the bulk of content for the website and launching their social media presence. Opening with an exclusive exhibition of Kate Moss photographs, we were incredibly fortunate to feature on the front page of The Guardian as well as articles in Vogue, The Telegraph and The Sunday Times Style Magazine among others.

This role involves casework administration including active communication with clients both verbally and written, debt negotiation, information gathering and maintenance calculation. Although a challenging role, it is rewarding and has allowed me to develop in my telephony and administrative skills.
