I am responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial and residential properties spread throughout the nation as well as identifying and acquiring new properties. I have over 12 years of residential and commercial real estate experience which allows myself to build long lasting relationships with tenants, owners, coworkers and vendors.

I develop, maintain and manage rental homes, apartment complexes and agriculture farmland. My duties include but are not limited to supervising and coordinating construction projects, subcontractors, vendors, and maintenance staff for contract requirements and the daily operational activities for properties. I also analyze and negotiate numerous different sales and acquisitions, prepare annual budgets for all properties, monitor accounts receivables, approved accounts payables, cash flow analysis, accounting reports, and legal actions.

I work with engineers, architects and contractors to design, install and implement a full array of construction products. As a project manager I am involved in all aspects of the construction process including the creative/design stage, estimating and the actual construction of the project. Along with the management process I also play a critical role in business development and evaluating cost-saving and environmental friendly techniques and methods.

Pioneered and designed numerous advertising campaigns that resulted in a 25% increase in material handling business. Designed, installed and oversaw numerous technical projects concurrently. As well as analyzed monthly reports and forecasts and implemented strategies to address specific areas. In my business development role I managed multiple construction projects simultaneously and obtained new business with customer prospects through cold calling and meetings. I also increased sales of the company by 30% through new campaign strategies and plans and designed and managed the completion of several material handling projects.
