Developed and maintain a knowledge base. The knowledge base is used by Customer Service Representatives to quickly and easily find information on the many different projects while on a call with a customer. Also troubleshoot, repair, and maintain over 300 computers, and support over 600 users. Maintain all user accounts in Active Directory, and either physically fix computer issues or remotely using Remote Desktop.

Provided technical support to AT&T customers. Troubleshot all VOIP home phone, internet/computer, and television problems.

Coordinated all incoming traffic to Southwest Cheese, also kept a log of trucking unloading milk.

Contracted to Lexmark to install, and configure new printers in various locations. Assembled, installed, and configured network printers. Provided training to employees on the new Lexmark printers.

Assisted in all operations of the company and supervised over a 10-12 people. I took inventory of all equipment/supplies, did mechanic work, surveyed job sites, operated a total station, operated many types of heavy machinery, assisted with payroll, estimated/bid on jobs.
