Within my previously held roles’ I have performed and exceeded in ensuring that a high level of customer service is provided to all stakeholders, internal and external. I have had the opportunity to pilot multi-engine passenger aircraft such as the Fokker 100, Challenger 604 Business Jet and the King Air 350, just to name a few. To succeed as a Pilot I have had to develop and implement many skills and processes which range from leading/training and educating colleagues, developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, reporting to Senior/Executive Management and working a 24/7 rotating roster. I thrive in high pressure environments and pride myself on my reliability, flexibility, strong communication and team working skills. I am a team player and always willing to go the extra to ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times. I have had experience managing a multi-crew aircraft, passenger management as well as exposure to emergency handling.
