Machining of parts needed for repairs.- Resolve issues for field technicians serving as primary contact for field repairs - Brought shop up to OSHA standards and implemented inventory tracking system- Brought up repair standards to near 0% failure rate- Responsible for tracking maintenance, repair, logistics and location of equipment for multiple jobs utilizing in-house enterprise in-house computer software

Los Angeles Metropolitan Area

- Supervise team of up to 5 mechanics. Hands on management of day to day operations of shop, upcoming jobs and workflow. Prioritize, assign, oversee and perform repairs. - Ensure government contractor's standards and compliance of: repair methods, safety, DOT, legal/local law, environmental, hazardous materials, OSHA, CHP, Smith System and company policies and standards. - Inventory control, replenishment, procurement, management and tracking.- Research and coordinate offsite repair solutions for heavy duty vehicles downed in the field. - Obtained Homeland Security Transportation Worker's Indentity Credential Card (TWIC)

Phoenix, Arizona, United States

- Supervise team of up to 13 mechanics. Ensure compliance of: repair methods, safety, DOT, legal/local law, environmental, hazardous materials, OSHA, Smith System and company policies and standards. Conduct regular safety trainings with staff. - Ensure entire fleet of up to 95 diesel trucks runs daily. Perform repair and maintenance daily. Road service calls. Oversee, track and manage all repairs. Improve fuel and operational efficiency. Stay up to date with new diagnostic technology, mechanical advancements and safety compliance standards. Work includes but is not limited to hydraulics, brakes, transmissions, engines, suspension, air systems, air conditioning systems, electrical, body repair/fabrication/rebuilding, etc.- Ensure building and facilities comply with OSHA standards. Building maintenance and journeyman duties.- Inventory control, replenishment, procurement, management and tracking.

Greater Phoenix Area

- Responsible for all repairs, maintenance and metal fabrication work for fleet of 7 heavy duty vehicles and 7 heavy duty equipment trailers- All maintenance and repair of Waste Water Treatment plant, including replacement and repair of pumps, pipes, welding and metal fabrication- Oversee environmental cleanup projects on-site, with staff of up to 6, including HazMat cleanup, Vactor Tank cleanup, hazardous and non-hazardous waste transportation- Give sales presentations and manage client relationships
