I am a Junior at Colorado Mesa University working toward my Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual concentration in Hospitality Management and Marketing. I also am getting a minor in Theater. My estimated graduation will be spring of 2026, and I’m hoping to go into events management or advertisement for a business or a theater. Along with my education, I am a Resident Assistant (RA), which has allowed me to achieve greater communication and teamwork skills. From planning solo and group events for our building and working as a part of our Residence Hall Council, I can plan a budget and make a sufficient plan for events that need to be created. Being an RA, I have learned great leadership skills, whether that was setting an example for my residents, or taking initiative in staff meetings and speaking up when there was a problem. I also have built a community on my floor by communicating with my residents whenever I see them and giving them a safe space to come to me when they need it. I try and provide different campus resources and have promoted different PAC and theatre events for them to attend. I enjoy watching my residents build relationships by watching movies together and including everyone on our floor. I'm hoping to gain more confidence as a leader that I can use in management, and learn more about my future career through working with others. As someone who has experience with many years in theater, I am very sociable and outgoing to the public. I've learned how to think on my feet through improvisation, and have built confidence in collaboration when working with others in shows. I am also organized and detail-oriented, which allows me to keep everything on track, and create a smoother experience for all parties involved.My goals for my personal life include:1.)
