Managed a book of business containing 500 Scotiabank clients. Provided advice on mortgages, investments, credit needs, insurance coverage and overall holistic financial planning. Obtained RFRA (Registered Financial and Retirement Advisor) designation and Mutual Fund Certification (IFIC) while performing the role. Worked within a highly regulated environment that was subject to regular audits and branch reviews. Consistently ranked within the top 25% of Advisors in the region each quarter, with 2 subsequent promotions prior to leaving the company.

Assisted Management in the operation of a branch in Kingston, Ontario. Oversaw bookings, preparation of fleet of vehicles, and oversaw cleaners to ensure deadlines and standards were met. Facilitated partnerships with auto-repair businesses in the community, to ensure a continued generation of referrals to increase and maintain overall business.
