I understand that client acquisition and retention are the backbones of sales success--and I know what it takes to get there. I have consistently ranked as a top producer and sales leader throughout my career. Competitive and bottom-line oriented are words that describe me well. What makes me unique is that I balance these qualities with a willingness to go above and beyond for the company, my team, and the customers, always seeking a win-win. My leadership philosophy is to educate, support and motivate the sales team. Coaching, mentoring, and developing others are part of my DNA.
