I improved capabilities for early warning and emergency preparedness with a keen focus on leaning organizational infrastructure for ongoing immediate engagement in international disaster response. I expanded the capacity of country office by delivering expert advice, improving infrastructure, and responding to humanitarian crises in Uganda.

I successfully administered programmatic and financial aspects of food assistance project for a population of 70,000 refugees. I enhanced staff performance by delivering training sessions and expert advice that significantly improved the efficiency of food assistance activities. I managed 35 warehouses that held 40 million pounds of food for refugees.
