Responsible for a team of 279 Sailors who accomplish maintenance on eight E-6B aircraft. Personally required to handle administrative correspondence and managerial taskings for all personnel within Aircraft Division.· While detached, led a team of 9 out-of-technical-skills Sailors to complete the efficient logistical support of equipment and material for 41 crew turn-overs and 21 aircraft avionic component exchanges during a much needed infrastructure update. Used the same 9 Sailors to revitalize the work center Aviation specific programs in need of attention due to setbacks with COVID-19 mitigations resulting all workcenter programs receiving a grade of “On-Track” during the August 2021 Detachment Maintenance Program Inspection.· Personally routed 62 pieces of personnel correspondence, conducted six Career Development Boards, three Sailor Of-the-Quarter boards and producing one Junior Sailor of the Quarter, one Sailor of the Quarter, one Maintainer of the quarter, and three Safe-for-Flight qualifications.· Facilitated the purchase of four hydration stations for a detachment with no drinking water to improve quality of life.

Responsible for the daily maintenance effort of 154 multi-disciplined Sailors who are required to accomplish maintenance on eight P-8 aircraft while also being required to handle administrative correspondence and managerial taskings for all personnel within the Maintenance Department.· Led Multi-disciplined technicians across 13 work centers in support of 12 Combat air crews and 8 P-8A aircraft through a rigorous Fleet Response Training plan cycle and the completion of 25 conditional inspections, 6 scheduled maintenance inspections, and 24 TD incorporations· As Command Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Point of Contact, contributed the Naval Air Station Whidbey Island 24/7 SAPR Response team by qualifying 6 unit Victim Advocates. Additionally, I expertly trained 67 Squadron Duty Officers on the appropriate SAPR procedures to ensure that all occasions were conducted with zero discrepancies and ensured 100% confidentiality.

The duties I have been responsible for include but are not limited too, Ensuring Human Resource issues are addressed in a timely manner, Personal conflict within different Branches of a Division, as well as managing personal qualifications across up to four different branches (over 80 personnel in a division) creating a cross-functional team to facilitate deploying minimal manpower to achieve maximized mission effectiveness.
