I am currently working on a new project (Gunflint) for Hess at their Houston office with Operations Readiness Team. I’m responsible for but not limited to reviewing work packs & isolations, updating procedures & drawings, attending FAT’s, etc. while ensuring company policies, procedures, and guidelines are followed. During phase 1 of Gunflint project, I worked as Turnaround lead & PIC. My role was to ensure work was completed within company guidelines, policy and procedures were followed, Control of work, resolve SIMOPS issues, and dealing with personnel. During phase 2 of Gunflint project, I worked on “site specific” training, competency, and assessment material to help ensure workers have a detailed understanding and knowledge of equipment being added to existing facility and its function.

I was a Control Room Operator/ A Operator on first FPU in the Gulf of Mexico. I am responsible for optimizing production while ensuring company policies, procedures, and governmental guidelines are followed.
