I am currently freelancing as a Coach at, but not limited to, Fitness First Market Street in the heart of the Sydney CBD. My focus is setting achievable and smart, health and fitness goals with my clients that they want to see achieved and striving toward these goals through programming, resistance training, cardiovascular activity, correct nutrition and healthy lifestyle adaptations.I have also run a number of group classes at a maximum capacity of 20 people. These classes include core/ab training, athletic and cross training and TRX training.

I was employed as a Coach at Southport Sharks in Southport, Gold Coast. My role was heavily focused on small team training, which developed my people management, delegation and leadership skills.
