Establishing ‘Syde Character’ in 2024 — the creative agency has already experienced rapid growth, delivering projects for organisations such as Adelaide United, the Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL), and Volleyball Australia. Drawing on his unique background in creative production, Brock is committed to pushing new ideas into digital campaigns that improve the representation and value of commercial partnerships between global brands, athletes and professional sports organisations across Australia.Prior to his pivot into the sports industry, Brock returned to Australia after a notable career in the music industry, during which he spent five pivotal years living and working in Amsterdam, Netherlands. There, he gained experience and valuable skills that are rare in the Australian market. As a content creator and tour manager, he provided creative solutions in digital media and managed all logistical aspects of touring, ensuring the safe and smooth delivery of crew personnel across hundreds of flights, hotel stays, and live performances for various artists.Throughout his time in the music industry, Brock produced and executed digital content for a diverse range of reputable artists, record labels, and events — including a two-year commitment to Timmy Trumpet that saw him develop and deliver all creative assets as part of a global digital campaign that resulted in propelling the artist to become the #9 ranked DJ in the world.In 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the global music scene, Brock co-founded 'THE REPLAY GROUP,' an Amsterdam-based creative agency that has evolved into a music media powerhouse. The agency delivered creative assets for major companies and artists such as Will Sparks, Mau P (formerly Maurice West), and W&W. In response to the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic, Brock led the production of multiple world-class virtual festivals in partnership with clients such as Djkarta Warehouse Project, ALDA, and 20 Agency, featuring top-tier artists including Martin Garrix, Armin Van Buuren, and Vini Vici.Through his diverse roles and extensive experience, Brock has forged close relationships with notable artists and key stakeholders in major companies, including Tomorrowland, EDC, and Amsterdam Dance Event.
