As a Sales Associate at The Home Depot, I developed/enhanced my customer service, operational management, and safety compliance skills. Responsibilities included creating a positive customer experience and aiding in safely maneuvering heavy merchandise throughout the store. Contributions include: managing cart/item inventories, spotting for, and overseeing the use of, equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and pallet jacks, demonstrating proficiency in adhering to strict safety protocols and ensuring a secure environment for both customers and colleagues.

The Office of Undergraduate Admission seeks to help students in their academic, professional, and personal success. In the Communication Center, students work together to answer incoming emails and phone calls to the Office of Undergraduate Admission. At the Front Desk, students direct guests to appropriate offices and event spaces, check-in guests for Admission Events, and answer questions.
