He was a thought-lead partner with IBM for next-gen retail and as a strategic partner of NCR has transformed industries and organizations through technology. He has built structures around the world, designed products, furniture, packaging, created marketing plans, TV advertising, digital content, and digital experiences, and recently transformed retail banking. Brock is academic in his approach and believes design is the combination of concept, percept, affect and image: there must be an idea, people need to perceive it, they need to feel it, and the engagement should be memorable.
