Functioning as an integral member of the National Management team I was constantly working with the business to identify the learning resource needs for a scope of registration that included 197 recognised qualifications across four RTOs under the Kaplan Australia brand and subsequently the Acquire Learning group.I was responsible for supervising and conducting compliance and internal audit tasks which involved the reviewing of assessment tools for compliance across the entire scope of courses, mapping and producing the required amendments to meet training package requirements, validation, moderation, updating policy and procedures, the processing of scope applications and liaison during ASQA and funding body audits.I facilitated the building of a two strong teams that provide a superior learning culture and ensure that the programs created are of superior quality and cost effective. I managed the full lifecycle of all instructional design projects, including the design, development, deployment, validation, moderation and continuous improvement. I was accountable for the on-time and within-budget delivery of both single and group of projects ranging from basic unit updates to the full-scale development of recognised qualifications.These teams provided compliant, innovative and appropriate learning solutions using a blended learning approach and monitoring learning activities to ensure our products enable the required behaviour change, growth and uplift in performance.
