Our SaaS software allowed customers to cloud enable the massive data sets from their existing building solutions; allowing them to do remote management, sophisticated analytics, energy load shaving, and behavioral shaping without replacing their entire systems.- Directed AI's software development team and engineered the application development life-cycle stack, encompassing version control, code auditing, bug tracking, automated build environments, unit tests, and Agile development methodologies. - Assumed additional roles in Product Management, executive sales, hiring, and information system security for AI. - Spearheaded the development and maintenance of three award winning SaaS technology platforms, positioning AI years ahead of competitors despite operating with a 6 man engineering team.- Lead the implementation of our fully CICD enabled cloud based mobile, hardware, and web products including implementing version control, automated testing, continuous deployment, and auto scaling capabilities.- Successfully integrated the architectures from AI and GroundWarp including the components, systems, and frameworks after the acquisition.

As Cobb Engineering Company's (CEC) GIS Manager and lead software engineer, I was responsible for managing CEC's GIS projects, resources, and personnel. Additionally, I was CEC's lead Project Manager for GIS and Software Development related projects.

Was responsible for management and direction of IT at Cobb including purchasing, application development, employee management, and infrastructure design. Designed and extended an infrastructure that grew by 300% over the course of four years. Responsible for training my replacement and staffing the department over that time. Additionally headed up CEC's volunteer activities and monthly training opportunities (Lunch & Learn classes, professional development seminars, continuing education, etc.) Oversaw CEC's use of technology as part of their service offerings for clients directly helping propel Cobb's reputation as a technologically innovative civil engineering firm.

Architect and Project Manager for the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety’s Size and Weights Permits System. The first multi-tiered, enterprise grade, software application in the history of the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety. The system process around 200,000 permits per year with annual revenues of roughly 18 million dollars. The results of which were a dramatic improvement in permits processes per clerk, a 90% reduction in training time for new clerks, an 80% reduction in web permit response times, and remarkable improvements in accounting/auditing/reporting for the supervisors, clerks, accountants, and their customers.
