Here, I conduct 2D CAD to 3D surface/solid modeling. I employ patterns and design sketches to create 3D concepts, molds, and printed prototypes. I leverage my extensive engineering expertise in polyurethane, rubber, TPU, and injection molding. I build jigs and assemblies to sustain a production environment. I methodically project manage tech packs of raw design sketches, from development to commercialization, in a full production calendar. I collaborate with international vendors to strengthen mold creation and blueprint approval. I routinely partner with national and international vendors to devise materials.Successfully patented an ultralight polyurethane footbed design in 2020; a minimalist design that effectively saved the company $50K in material cost for a Berry Compliant footbed on a military trainer project.Constructed a design that profitably eliminated 30% of weight with an enhanced rebound and shock absorption and less material utilization. Passed Military 15G shock attenuation test.Developed the Woobies Mod‐1 sole and insole, a ground-breaking, high-performance tactical shoe.Notably designed molds by interacting with Ortholite, Vibram, and select international vendors.Restructured factory production by leading groundbreaking design practices to devise molds and uphold manufacturing processes.Doubled production from single cavity to dual cavity by decreasing mold weight from 110 lbs. to 45 lbs.Commanded a reverse engineering project featuring rapid prototyping; instituted new technology and decreased process time from 60 to 5 days.
