Originating with a conversation among faith leaders from progressive traditions who were interested in innovative new forms of religious community for the "spiritual but not religious", this assignment led to coordinating the UUA's work of inspiring and supporting religious innovators who are developing new forms of religious community and other faith-based social enterprises, especially young adults, People of Color, and others who are underserved in our typical congregations.

Helped lead the formation of Commit2Respond, the UU-wide climate justice collaboration. Researched and developed UUSC Justice-Building initiative to help individuals and UU congregations lead more effective justice work.
