We specialise in SAP Business One, Orbis TaskCentre and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.A recent project has included the implementation of SAP Business One and Orbis TaskCentre into a company whose key focus was traceability of parts from raw materials, through a simple production workflow through to sales of finished goods.We have also worked with another company to streamline and automate their existing Sales and Distribution processes primarily using Orbis TaskCentre and SAP Business One. Web orders submitted from a number of websites are processed and valildated by Orbis TaskCentre and imported into SAP Business One. The subsequent order processing routines are heavily validated and automated by Orbis TaskCentre to ensure that all orders are handled efficiently by customer service personnel.

Strategic planning and management of the budgeting process.Responsible for all online marketing budgeting and campaigns, providing recommendations which enhance profitability whilst maintaining growth.Responsible for accurate reporting, insight and recommendations on all web activities including onsite analytics, customer e-mail campaigns, all other e-mail recruitment, PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, comparison site and eBay.Provided targeted, research and analytics to drive leading strategies to improve customer response retention and growth online.Worked on the company wide implementation of Microsoft NAV CRM.
