During my Co-op placement at Ballinran Entertainment I acted as the Marketing/UX intern where I was given a vast array of tasks that expanded my skill set, from Installing and creating content for Magic Windows at businesses across Stratford, to aiding in filming and acting as the sole editor for the MicroDoc, “Community Canvas -Raising a Tipi” to having the opportunity to act as a camera operator in auctioning events for Miller and Miller. Additionally I had the privilege to be the Key Production assistant on the television show Farm to Fork for their upcoming second season. Additionally in my position I was able to work in various team and individual scenarios and with various community members.

My family owned and operated the London Mobile BeaverTails for over five seasons. During that experience, I dedicated most of my time as the lead BeaverTail decorator, in which I decorated and served BeaverTail pastries to customers. I was also tasked with ordering and organizing the product for that station. Additionally, I also aided in marketing by developing and implementing strategies to engage customers on our social media platform. Further this experience aided in enhancing my interpersonal skills, problem-solving and especially customer service.

Throughout my experience at Spruce Lodge, I progressed from a LIT (Lifeguard in Training), where I worked as a teaching assistant, to Lifeguards until I gained my certification. Once certified, I began working as a Lifeguard. Throughout that experience, I conducted and scheduled lessons for various ages, from toddlers to the elderly, through aquafit, classes and open swims. From this position, I gained organization skills through lesson planning and interpersonal skills through teaching lessons and communicating with parents, to teamwork and leadership through working with my fellow lifeguards and teaching LITs.
