I earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago.I've been in the industry for over 30 years, and I worked most of that time at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE). While at the CBOE, I served on the Arbitration and New Product Committees. My wife and I are both from the northwest suburbs, and we have been happy to raise our children in Arlington Heights. We have enjoyed its great schools, park district and library.I have learned that a simple plan that you believe in is better than a complicated plan you can't stick with when times are bad.
