This is something that was instilled in me from a young age. A decorated all-state athlete in high school, I overcame a severe shoulder injury to walk on to the University at Buffalo Division 1 FBS Football Team. I quickly worked my way into a starting spot at Fullback, and earned a full athletic scholarship. I now carry that same approach into my professional life. This lunch pail, hard hat mentality of consistently doing the right things every day has shaped the man I have become.In my personal life, I am an avid weightlifter and a well-accomplished powerlifter. I set national records in the 275-pound weight class. My best lifts include a roughly 600 lb bench press, 800 lb deadlift, and 800+ lb squat, all without any equipment. I also run and play in a men's league ice hockey team, the "Lindy Buffs," paying homage to Sabres Coach Lindy Ruff. Off the ice, I am a sauna enthusiast and I've built my own and love talking about anything and everything sauna/cold tub treatment and investments of all kinds and of course UB FOOTBALL! Lover of XL dogs, including my Cane Corso, Roman.
