My role as JJ's Health & Hygiene Operations Supervisor, I oversee our Brisbane Division, Central Queensland (Rockhampton & Gladstone) Division and Fraser Coast Division We service over 900 clients and completed in excess of 50,000 services per year in the Brisbane region per year. I strive myself in utilizing the vehicles to their maximum capacity to ensure the routes are cost and time efficient. With our Health & Hygiene team in Brisbane focusing on providing our clients with a premium service over the last 2 years we have seen a substantial amount of growth throughout our washroom services, diversifying into a range of other options to offer a full washroom package. This has made a very simplistic option for our clients to have one provider looking after the washroom needs in their business.Recently taking over the Operations up north, I have been working remotely with the technicians in the CQ and Fraser Coast region to ensure we are providing a premium service to our clients. Within these divisions we offer our washroom services along with clinical, anatomical and cytotoxic waste disposal. We cover a large region from the suburbs of Rockhampton and Gladstone, spanning out to places like Biloela, Emarald, Clermont, and Rolleston for Central Queensland and in the Fraser Coast Region from Maryborough up to Bundaberg through to Gin Gin.Ensuring the operations of the business runs smoothly it is paramount that the time and efficiency of the technicians is maximized to ensure they are servicing our customers consistently whilst sticking within the NHVAS and TMR regulations for driving as well as the EPA regulations for transport, tracking and disposal of a regulated waste. This role includes working closely with a variety of regional councils servicing the council and public facilities for sanitary and nappy waste along with Sharps Wall Safes and many other services.As well as other larger corporations right down to small businesses.

My current role entails being the account a manager for the Waste Service Major Accounts - ensuring they are receiving the service they require and having an escalation point for any issues, this leads into another section of my role where I manage a centralized team of three where they deal with all bookings, enquires, requests and issues for these accounts. I also deal with all our subcontractors for sites that we need a company to service on our behalf which includes negotiating a rate to ensure that we are still making a profit where possible. The other side of this role is working along side with Smartskip which is the C&D side of Toxfree - I am currently the account manager for the top 5 clients. I also manage the call center where all incoming bookings, enquires and complaints come through to ensure a high level of service is offered to all clients. Finally I work with the sales team to ensure they have some direction and correct tools to continue to grow the business.
