Graduate of Kalamazoo College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Anthropology/Sociology, I am a driven individual pursuing a career in the Finance industry. Currently, I am a Growth & Strategy Finance Manager at Acrisure where I am responsible for executing on several initiatives including optimization of premium placement, integrated partner platforms, new business incentives, direct-to-consumer strategies, and much more. Previously, I was an Investment Banking Analyst at Madison Street Capital where I assisted lower-middle market business owners with the execution of M&A, Majority/Minority Recapitalizations, LBOs, and Leveraged Financing. During undergrad, I completed internships as a Junior Investment Analyst at SuttonAdvisors, PLC in Lansing, Michigan and as a Treasury/Investment Management Intern at Delta Dental Insurance Company in Okemos, Michigan. I completed a Senior Individual Project titled, "Investing in Your Future: The Financial Life Plan Connecting Investments with Personal Goals and an Infinite Legacy," which focused on the use of valuation techniques to construct strategically optimized investment portfolios. Through my professional experiences, jobs, internships, educational experiences, and personal achievements, I have learned to capitalize on opportunities and make the greatest impact possible. Growing up in a tight-knit family, I have grasped the importance of spirituality, responsibility, adaptability, and cordiality.
