Steven is currently responsible for total project management of engineering, manufacturing, customer delivery, and support activities for all New Product Initiative (NPI) prototyping and pre-production projects developing a wide range of complex precision carbon fibre composite parts for the Aerospace, Defence and Medical Industries.

Although employed by Willis Energy Services, Steven was seconded to the Ontario Power Authority (OPA). Here he provided operational and executive level support to selected major industrial key accounts throughout the province of Ontario, for the participation in the suite of electrical conservation (saveONenergy) initiatives, including the extremely successful Industrial Accelerator Program.

During his time at NuTech, Steven was responsible for total project management of engineering design, manufacturing, integration, commissioning and support activities for several automotive and aerospace related automated robotic (MIG, TIG & Laser) welding systems worldwide.

Over the course of seven years, Steven played an integral role at Flow Automation in the total project management activities for a wide variety of automation solutions. Consisting of engineering design, manufacturing, integration, commissioning and support, using a number of robotic, material handling, assembly, and waterjet cutting systems, Steven successfully coordinated dozens of automotive, aerospace and healthcare systems worldwide.

At BFGoodrich’s Landing Gear Division (previously Menasco) Steven was responsible for total program management of engineering, manufacturing, and support activities for all military programs under contract at the Goodrich - Oakville facility, including the nose landing gear for the Boeing V-22 Osprey and the MD / Boeing C-17 Globemaster III flap actuation system.

During a twelve year tenure, Steve managed the customer support program efforts for three major divisions of Bombardier Aerospace (previously Canadair) in and around their Montreal facilities.Starting with the Military Aircraft Division (MAD), Steven coordinated several tactical Program Management Support Programs for the Canadian Air Force’s fleet of CF-5 (CF-116) fighter / trainer aircraft. This included the Technical Investigation and Engineering Support (TIES) Program, structures and avionics research & development programs, and the life extending Full Scale Durability and Damage Tolerance Test.After 3 years, Steven joined the flourishing Regional Jet (RJ) Division, where he not only managed the development and construction of Bombardier’s first Flight & Maintenance Training Centre but also supported the RJ’s certification efforts with Transport Canada and the American FAA.Following the RJ’s entry into service, Steven then moved into The Business Aircraft Division (BBAD) where as a Senior Account Administrator, he was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction for approximately 80 Challenger executive jet aircraft along the East Coast of the United States. During this period, he concurrently managed the completion and entry into service of the first corporate shuttle using the RJ platform.Following these successes, in 1994, Steven was then promoted to manage the development activities for all 8 Customer Support departments in support of the long range Global Express executive aircraft. Here, he coordinated with each department and supplier partner to ensure that all deliverables were completed and in place in time to support the aircraft’s introduction into service.

Upon his graduation, Steven was recruited by Interfast to manage several manufacturing accounts throughout Western Quebec and Central Ontario. He was responsible for representing major hardware manufacturers (including PEM, Camloc, Dzus, TA Clamps) in the sales of specialty aerospace and industrial fasteners. As part of the sales effort, Steven provided design and engineering support to customers to aid in the selection and integration of Interfast supplied hardware into their assemblies and final products.
