    During a twelve year tenure, Steve managed the customer support program efforts for three major divisions of Bombardier Aerospace (previously Canadair) in and around their Montreal facilities.Starting with the Military Aircraft Division (MAD), Steven coordinated several tactical Program Management Support Programs for the Canadian Air Force’s fleet of CF-5 (CF-116) fighter / trainer aircraft. This included the Technical Investigation and Engineering Support (TIES) Program, structures and avionics research & development programs, and the life extending Full Scale Durability and Damage Tolerance Test.After 3 years, Steven joined the flourishing Regional Jet (RJ) Division, where he not only managed the development and construction of Bombardier’s first Flight & Maintenance Training Centre but also supported the RJ’s certification efforts with Transport Canada and the American FAA.Following the RJ’s entry into service, Steven then moved into The Business Aircraft Division (BBAD) where as a Senior Account Administrator, he was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction for approximately 80 Challenger executive jet aircraft along the East Coast of the United States. During this period, he concurrently managed the completion and entry into service of the first corporate shuttle using the RJ platform.Following these successes, in 1994, Steven was then promoted to manage the development activities for all 8 Customer Support departments in support of the long range Global Express executive aircraft. Here, he coordinated with each department and supplier partner to ensure that all deliverables were completed and in place in time to support the aircraft’s introduction into service.
