Working for the Ohio University athletic ticket office, I have further developed my customer service and relationship management skills. Working in a box office daily, answering phone calls and talking to customers at the window has given me valuable experience in addressing customer needs and communicating professionally from business to consumer.As the Ticket Operations Intern, I have used Paciolan 7, along with a back office CRM system to sell tickets and help customers over the phone and through the box office. During games, I lead 6 practicum students to staff ticket scanners, will call and media gates for spring sporting events.
