Provided Tier I Technical Support to Hosted clients. I worked alongside the support team to provide Managed Cloud Services to our hosted clients. Daily functions revolved around troubleshooting technical issues users would face while or when trying to connect to their servers that were hosted by Nextgen, also troubleshooting performance/ connection-based issues from within the hosted servers. Responsible for troubleshooting, documenting, and progressively working to resolve issues; also responsible for documenting troubleshooting steps and information in regard to the client's issue and collaborating with higher tier recourses for advanced troubleshooting to assist in resolving users' technical issues.Alongside providing technical support, I was responsible for meeting client satisfaction and being a resource to clients to help facilitate their needs or issues to the correct department or personnel. Great communication and elite customer service were also fundamentals exercised through daily task.
