As part of EY’s Corporate Real Estate Consulting & Technology Services team, Theresa helps clients across all industries to achieve their corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace strategy, technology, and transaction goals. She focuses on workplace strategy, working with large national and global organizations to align their workforce, workplace, and real estate strategies for better business outcomes. Recently, she has been supporting organizations as they develop hybrid work programs with considerations ranging from employee experience and technology to international policy and space chargebacks.

DESIGN STRATEGIST (April 2015 - January 2020)As part of Gensler's Consulting group, Theresa worked alongside a team of researchers, writers, analysts and designers to support effective decision-making for clients and design teams. Theresa’s focus was on workplace projects, where she used design and space as tools for greater change. By connecting key drivers including talent attraction and retention, wellness, culture, brand identity, mobility, work processes, and real estate, she enabled clients and design teams to deliver projects that have real impact to the organization's people, culture, and bottom line. When working with designers and clients, she served as the voice of the user, leveraging best practices and current research, and extensive knowledge of the users to improve the employee experience. In addition to supporting design teams, Theresa has extensive experience developing workplace guidelines, doing advanced programming, and leveraging workplace analytics. Theresa strives to inform holistic design concepts that can drive workplaces forward with greater purpose. INTERIOR DESIGNER (September 2012 - April 2015)Theresa’s first role at Gensler bridged strategy and design. She was involved in initial user engagement, strategy, programming, design, and construction on complex workplace projects.

Interior design integrating strategic planning. Focused on workplace design with some experience in health care and higher education. Pre-design planning, programming, schematic design, and design development.

Workplace Strategy and Design Consulting. Integrated in-depth user research with architectural planning and business theories to develop user-centric design and business strategy recommendations for a variety of workplaces.
