Currently, I am employed as an Administrator for B&M Care Group and as an Assistant Manager for Explore Learning at their Palmers Green branch. My background in administration has provided me with technical knowledge and insight into a national business. Administration has made me accustomed to tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Canva. I am adept at picking up new software, within the first week of my employment at B&M I was able to learn essential systems such as TMS and Cold Harbour. My ability to quickly understand and implement knowledge of new software makes me a perfect employee. In this role, I curate digital media and assist in organising events that ensure that B&M's marketing strategy is sufficiently implemented.As a tutor in Mathematics and English, I am constantly undertaking cognitive brain training that ensures I am continually challenging and utilising my brain. This role has enabled me to constantly work on essential skills for writing content for social media and analysing data. Additionally, tutoring students of varying ages has ensured I can quickly evaluate the needs of different customers and tailor my delivery to their needs. The ability to efficiently understand customer needs and effectively implement this knowledge to ensure the best possible experience is a highly transferable skill that would be perfect for your company to employ.
