I am currently conducting a 10-month Fulbright ETA grant in Germany, where I work as an English Teaching Assistant at Ratsgymnasium Bielefeld, and have the opportunity to experience an in-depth linguistic and cultural immersion over the course of the grant period. The program concludes at the end of June 2025, and so I will be looking for a new opportunity and next career step to start later in the summer of 2025!

As the Resident Director, I supervise the summer residential experience for the Stanford Pre-Collegiate Studies Program and the Stanford Online High School programs. As the senior staff member living in residence, I directly supervise 4 Assistant Resident Directors, oversee the coordination of our entire 45 person residential staff, and resolve student crises to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for up to 500 minors living in residence across two sessions of the Summer Humanities Institute, one session of the Stanford University Mathematics Camp, one session of Summer @ Stanford High School, and one session of Summer @ Stanford Middle School.

In this position I supervise ten Resident Assistants across two buildings, working to ensure a positive and equitable residential experience for all students.

In this position I meet with this course's students once a week to clarify and process the material for the week, as well helping in their preparation for exams and other assignments.

As a Community Assistant (CA) at St. Lawrence, I function in a similar fashion to Resident Assistants (RA's) at other schools. In my position I am required to attend weekly meetings, conduct resident check-ins, compose incident reports when necessary, and host open-door hours as well as regular community building activities.

At Field Crest I worked on a crew building decks, patios, and working miscellaneous repair and construction jobs.

Over the last five years I have worked summers and breaks at my father's law firm, where I drafted and proof-read official legal documents, circulated client calls for attorneys and paralegals, and communicated directly with other law offices and clients. This job required professional and legal writing skills, client interface abilities, and extensive problem-solving capabilities.

Serving as the Election Committee Chair of St. Lawrence’s student government during my first year allowed me to lead a committee of student senators in organizing and advertising the elections for student-held positions in St. Lawrence’s Thelomathesian Society. During this time, I also led a temporary special investigative committee and authored a ratified amendment to the student government constitution.

I served as an assistant volleyball coach, where I helped formulate practice plans and manage the team. Working as a coach enforced my previous leadership experiences and required that I maintain patience and calm under pressure. The job enhanced my ability to effectively communicate with individuals of varying levels of skill and experience.
