Currently a sophmore at Mount St. Joseph University studying Business Management. My career goals have always been centered around leading others in innovative actions that provide solutions to crucial problems. I'm very passionate about encouraging and motivating people to collaborate as a team. I'm dedicated to building strong relationships through initiative, honesty, and clarity. Above all, I enjoy contributing to the development of communities and helping people to become the best versions of themselves.I'm a Resident Assistant at Mount St Joseph University. In this role, I help students interpret, learn, and adjust to college life. I provide my residents with resources and opportunities to accomplish their goals in the university. Most importantly, I influence a safe environment that allows students to feel connected and build long-lasting relationships. I've gained professional benefit from this role by learning how to outreach to students and organize corridor schedules.I serve as the Marketing/Social Media Chair of the Campus Activities Board. This position allows me to utilize the relationships I've built to identify resources, receive critical feedback, and develop new strategies. I emphasize a direct marketing approach that focuses on understanding the needs of event attendees and evaluating their experience. This position has also provided me with experience in target market research and survey analysis.I'm an Inbound Call Agent with Continental Message Solution. Here, I answer calls for several different medical facilities across the country. I Utilize active listening and critical thinking to help people find proper solutions to their medical concerns.
