Solicitor at Beck Legal in the Local Government & Litigation team. I have a passion for applying the law practically to resolve disputes in a commercial manner. I have a background in commercial law where I focused on a range of commercial solutions including:- Employment contracts;- Business structuring;- Intellectual Property;- Sale of Business contracts; - Unfair dismissal;- Shareholders agreements; and- Unit holder agreements. Before beginning practice as a Solicitor I was exposed to a verity of corporate governance roles through my time with the Bendigo Student Association including being the Financial Chair and Vice President. Throughout the duration of my degree at La Trobe University I was involved with the Bendigo Law and Criminology Society in a number of voluntary roles including Vice President and President.
