As PMO / Release Manager I'm primarily responsible for the timely delivery of the AC Product Suite releases. Accountable for for release content process, conducting release planning sessions, creating the release calendar of Asset Control and conducting Go/No Go sessions for every release. Manage risks, issues and dependencies of and between AC Control software components. Working with Product Management to organize the portfolio management and to set and prioritize the scope for the release and work with the developers on how to solution the problems and estimate the scope for the release. Also I'm responsible for the PMO & QA department of Asset Control and continue improve the quality of the testing processes and capabilities. I'm also accountable for the Documentation department of Asset Control. Managing and embedding the documentation process and therefore creating documentation that is suited for our clients. Together with the team leads I handle the recruitment process within Product Development. I focus on the soft skills of the applicant to see whether they are a good fit for the team and the company. The hiring process was focused on developers, tester and scrum masters. Responsible for the adherence and execution of the continuous improvement AC Way of working within Product Development. Also accountable for the adherence to the AC Pathway (project methodology for external project) and portfolio management of Prodcut Developement. In this role I report to the CTO of Asset Control. I had the role of Product Manager (ad interim) between March 2018 – July 2018. I was responsible for the build of data lake product where clients are able to do their analysis with e.g. Jupiter Notebook. Worked directly with clients to understand their problems and their needs in this specific domain.

As Project Management Officer I mature and expand the PMO office. I created governance model around the internal projects to create governance and clear decision taking. Created a project management model based on the Prince2 model. I was project manager for several and diverse internal projects. The governance model supports the goal of resource efficiency, track progress, manage risk and handle project exceptions for internal projects.I supported Product Development and Product Management with the timely deliveries of Asset Control Product Suite. Worked with Product Management on scoping and process improvements.I support our Professional Services department with the governance around our projects with our clients. Support them with reporting around actual revenue, forecasting, resource efficiency and the continuous improvement of the project methodology AC Pathway.

As a project support officer I support the Delivery Manager to manage timely deliveries of the software of Asset Control. I report the progress, utilization and the impediments that are linked to the delivery of the software. I develop, implement processes within Asset Control. Also I ensure that the processes are documented within the standards of Asset Control. Also the monitoring and retrospective of the process is one the key tasks. The retrospective is used to assure the efficiency and the usage of the process.In this role I'm responsible for the monthly reporting to our management with the operations of Asset Control. In this role I reporting to the CFO of Asset Control.Project manager for internal projects; accountable for IT services during relocation of the company

I participated in several quality programs as project support to provides analyses for areas to focus on and to improve the quality. During these quality programs I analysed end-to-end processes, new and improved processes and problems that customers could encounter with the products of UPC. I was the lead to collaborate with the stakeholders to improve the processes and find the solutions for the issues found.I develop reports and I analyse data that involve the business of CFS. Based on the analysis I made I advice the Management where issues are and what the impact is on the CFS organisation. Also I develop Management Reports which show the trend and the performance of the department Customer Field Services (CFS) within UPC Netherlands. CFS comprehends all the tasks that are related to the engineers of UPC.

Give detailed information about the begin and end of a process. I analyse data to provide the necessary information to analyse the impact of changes in a project or process.

In mijn periode hier ben ik ondersteunend geweest aan de projectleider bij de evenementen Bommen Berendloop en de Plantsoenloop. Ik was intensief betrokken bij de nieuwe opzet van de Plantsoenloop. Tijdens 4 Mijl van Groningen heb ik de Maandag Bedrijvenloop georganiseerd. Daarnaast bouwde ik de website van de Plantsoenloop uit en organiseerde ik de uitgifte van de startnummers bij de 4 Mijl van Groningen.
